ITT Standard Receives ASME Nuclear Accreditation
BUFFALO, N.Y., June
8th, 2010 - ITT Standard, a leading manufacturer of heat transfer
equipment, announced today that it has obtained nuclear
accreditation under Section III of the ASME Boiler and Pressure
Vessel Code, a code that sets technical standards for the design and
construction of items in nuclear power plants. ITT has been awarded
an ASME Certificate of Authorization as a Manufacturer of Section
III, Division 1 Pressure Vessels, Class 2 & 3. ASME
